For more than 40 years, the Perspectives Study Program has been partnering with local churches, ministries and schools to inform, equip and disciple local churches in the global cause of Christ.
Last year more than 8,500 students completed the 15 week course throughout the US, and over 1,500 of those students were from right here in Texas! The need for the light of the Gospel in our neighborhoods and around the world is great, and Perspectives on the World Christian Movement is here to partner with you and the Church's mission to complete the Great Commission!
We'd like to invite you to a "Taste of Perspectives" event. Perhaps you've heard about the Perspectives course, but want to know more. Maybe you and your church or ministry have been looking for a way to introduce the great narrative to your church and it's people.
Come and hear from Perspectives leaders from all over the US and pastors from the DFW area about how you and your church were "Made for More"!
The event is from 6:30pm-9:30pm. A catered dinner will be served from 6:30pm-7pm at no cost to you. This will be a great opportunity to network and connect with area pastors and ministry leaders as well as Perspectives leaders from all over the country.
I'm enthusiastic about Perspectives because my life and our church are devoted to spreading a passion for the supremacy of God in all things for the joy of all peoples through Jesus Christ. God means to be known and enjoyed by every tribe tongue and nation (Rev. 5:9). Perspectives has been essential in mobilizing hundreds of lay people in our church to be World Christians.
Here at The Village Church, Perspectives has been used of the Lord to stir in the hearts of our people God's heart for the Nations. We have used this as a platform to inform, teach, train and motivate our people towards a God glorifying life of a living a life on mission. I am grateful to God for the fruit this ministry has produced.
